ESSER TWIN 900

The ESSER TWIN 900 series is a twin-walled pipe system designed for hydraulic and pneumatic conveying of highly abrasive media. The TWIN 900 offers a service life 8 to 10 times greater than conventional steel pipes due to the 67 HRC hardness of its inner wear layer. This makes the 900 series ideal for high-wear applications that demand high reliability, from concrete pumping to mining to industrial pneumatic conveyance. For added protection, the outer pipe also protects the inner layer from torsional and bending forces. The elbows are equipped with a special chilled cast iron (CCI) with a hardness of 67 HRC. And to suit a versatile range of applications, the TWIN PIPES can be outfitted with various weld-end or flange connections, with special pipe shapes available by request.
