ESSER 160

This single-layer standard steel pipe system is used for hydraulic and pneumatic conveying of non-abrasive materials.

ESSER 400

This single-layer, internally hardened pipe system is best suited for hydraulic and pneumatic conveying of slightly abrasive materials. The hardness of 45 HRC decreases linearly from the inside to the outside.

ESSER TWIN 700

This twin-walled pipe system with a hardness of 63 HRC is ideal for the hydraulic and pneumatic conveying of abrasive materials. The outer pipe protects the hardened inner pipe from external forces and ensures pressure resistance.

ESSER TWIN 900

This twin-walled pipe system is ideal for hydraulic and pneumatic conveyance of highly abrasive material. The inner pipe is evenly hardened to 67 HRC, while the outer pipe protects the inner layer from external forces and ensures pressure resistance.

ESSER TWIN 900 XL

We developed the “XL” specialty line of ESSER TWIN 900 products specifically for the boom lines of concrete pumps. These hardened steel wear resistant pipes, with an extended wear zone in the inlet area, are only used directly behind bends on the boom. Because they can absorb the massive wear caused by flow turbulence, these twin-walled pipes are ideal for particularly aggressive concrete mixes.

ESSER TWIN PU

This steel pipe series is lined with polyurethane and enables the safe transport of abrasive alkalis and acids. The pressure-resistant outer pipe supports the structure. The Shore hardness of the wear layer can be customized to the parameters of your application.

ULTRA TECH 600

Ultra Tech 600 is induction hardened, lasting up to 6 times the life of mild steel pipe and provides significant savings on the total life-cycle cost. With a 600 BHN inner surface tapering to 250 BHN on the outer wall, this is the ideal pipe profile for outstanding inner abrasion resistance and outer tensile strength.
