Single-layer steel pipe system for hydraulic and pneumatic conveying. The pipes and elbows are made of standard steel.
Single-layer, internally hardened pipe system for hydraulic and pneumatic conveying of slightly abrasive media. The pipes and elbows are internally hardened up to 45 HRC. The hardness decreases linearly from the inside to the outside.
Two-layer pipe system for hydraulic and pneumatic conveying of abrasive material. The inner pipe is evenly hardened to 63 HRC. The outer pipe is pressure-bearing and protects the inner wear layer from acting torsional or bending forces. The total thickness of the pipe wall is determined specifically for the application.
Two-layer pipe system for hydraulic and pneumatic conveying of abrasive material. The inner pipe is evenly hardened to 67 HRC. The outer pipe is pressure-bearing and protects the inner wear layer from acting torsional or bending forces. The total thickness of the pipe wall is determined specifically for the application.
“XL” stands for a special form of the ESSER TWIN 900 series, which was specially developed for the mast lines of concrete pumps. These pipes, with their extended wear zone in the inlet area, are only used directly behind bends on the mast to absorb the massive wear caused by flow turbulence. They are used for particularly aggressively hard concrete mixes.
This series is lined with Polyurethane. It is designed to allow the transport of abrasive alkalis and acids. The shore hardness of the inner layer can be adapted to the application parameters. The outer pipe is pressure bearing.
