The ESSER 400 series pipe system is designed for hydraulic and pneumatic conveying of slightly abrasive media and offers 2 to 3 times the service life of conventional steel pipes. The steel pipes and elbows are internally hardened up to 45 HRC, with hardness decreasing linearly from the inside to the outside. This system includes hardened elbows, with manganese cast elbows used in some applications, and can be outfitted with flanges or weld-on collars according to standard or customer specifications. Special tube shapes are available upon request. This series is ideal for truck-mounted or high-rise concrete pumping applications, as well as mining and pneumatic uses.
Truck-mounted concrete pumping operations rely on ESSER for abrasion resistant, hardened steel pipes. Best suited for slightly abrasive materials, the ESSER 400 series is a cost-effective system for concrete pumping operations that require hardness up to 45 HRC.
Concrete pumping operations that specialize in high-rise construction use ESSER 400 hardened steel pipes to transport concrete to hard-to-reach areas. This abrasion resistant pipe system is ideal for transporting slightly abrasive materials across job sites.
For industrial operations that transport slightly abrasive materials like sand, stone, dust, and plastics, the ESSER 400 hardened steel system is a clear choice. With hardness up to 45 HRC, the ESSER 400 is an affordable and durable abrasion resistant solution for most pneumatic conveyance.
Mining operations trust the ESSER 400 series to transport slightly abrasive materials from within and outside the mining area. Abrasion resistance and hardened steel combine to create a more durable, reliable piping solution for mining job sites worldwide.
