why choose ESSER TWIN PIPES

WEAR RESISTANT
The inner wear layer of the ESSER pipes has a hardness of 63 HRC and withstands the abrasion caused by the glass fibers in the plastic particles.
CENTERING PREVENTS MISALIGNMENT
The centered connection prevents misalignment inside the delivery line. No edges impede the flow of conveyance or damage the granules.
OPTIMIZATION OF PRODUCT PURITY
Our pipe design includes an inner tube that protrudes a few tenths of a millimeter. When the connection is tightened, gaps between two pipe parts are minimal. The granulate will not get stuck and contaminate later batches.
GROUNDING FOR VOLTAGE DISSIPATION
All pipes are equipped with groundings in order to be able to divert static voltage that may occur when conveying plastics in metal lines.
SAVE ENERGY
Smooth inner pipe surfaces reduce energy consumption during conveyance.

All pipe parts are clearly marked with age-resistant part labels so they can be identified more easily. They can be exchanged at short notice by keeping the replacement pipes in stock on site. This results in shorter downtimes and higher productivity.
PIPE DESIGN ACCORDING TO EU STANDARDS
The pipe design is based on the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU for safe operation.
