Building Material

PIPE SOLUTIONS FOR LONGER LIFE, LESS DOWNTIME & MORE PRODUCTIVITY

Today, most building materials used in construction are inorganic.  These raw materials for production are stored in silos. Transport of material between trucks and silos is done pneumatically with a pressure of approximately 2 bar. Due to their hardness and shape, some building materials are highly abrasive to the steel used in pneumatic pipelines. The greatest stresses on a pipeline are found at the bends, outlets, and the connection pipe to the truck. The Esser team has decades of experience in solving these problems for customers worldwide. We can help to identify the ideal pipeline configuration and materials that will be wear-optimized and reduce your total cost of operation (TCO).

why choose ESSER TWIN PIPES

OPTIMIZED ACCORDING TO WEAR POINTS
Unhardened single-layer series ESSER 160 or hardened single-layer series ESSER 400 can be used for straight sections with low abrasion. ESSER TWIN 700 or ESSER TWIN 900 series are ideal for bends and outlet pipes.
CENTERING PREVENTS MISALIGNMENT
The centered connection prevents misalignment inside the delivery line. No edges impede the flow of conveyance.
SAVE ENERGY
Smooth inner pipe surfaces reduce energy consumption during conveyance.
QUICK REPLACEMENT
The ease of mounting using Quickfix couplings reduces downtime and maintenance costs.
CLEAR IDENTIFICATION
All pipe parts are clearly marked with age-resistant part labels so they can be identified more easily. They can be exchanged at short notice by keeping the replacement pipes in stock on site. This results in shorter downtimes and higher productivity.
PIPE DESIGN ACCORDING TO EU STANDARDS
The pipe design is based on the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68 / EU for safe operation.
