ESSER TWIN 900

This twin-walled pipe system is ideal for the hydraulic or pneumatic transport of highly abrasive materials. The outer layer of these wear-resistant pipes is pressure-resistant and protects the inner 67 HRC wear layer from external forces. The elbows are also equipped with special chilled cast iron (CCI) for added durability. These abrasion-resistant pipes are flexibly customizable with a variety of weld ends, flange connections, and custom designs. The ESSER TWIN 900 series has a service life 8 to 10 times longer than conventional steel pipes.

The twin-walled ESSER TWIN 900 hardened steel pipe line is optimized for longer service life and better performance when transporting materials like sand, gravel, slurry, or concrete over long distances under pressure.

This series is best suited for:

• Long-distance concrete pumping and use on concrete boom trucks
• Transporting slurry mixtures in mining or use in dewatering systems, tailings pipelines, or ore transport lines
• Conveying materials like cement, ash, powders and other abrasive materials in steel and foundry operations or chemical and power plants
