ESSER TWIN 700

This twin-walled pipe system is ideal for hydraulic and pneumatic conveyance of abrasive materials. The inner pipe is hardened to 63 HRC, with the thickness of the inner layer designed specifically for the application. In addition, the outer pipe is pressure-bearing and protects the inner wear layer from torsional or bending forces. Esser pipe systems can be customized with different weld ends or flange connections. and fabricated into special shapes such as reducers, tees, or wyes. Compared to conventional steel pipe, the TWIN 700 series of wear resistant pipe lasts 5 to 6 times longer.
