ESSER REDUCER

The beginning of the delivery line of a truck-mounted concrete pump is a major challenge. In the reducer, the load on the outer wall increases as the inner diameter decreases. In the subsequent elbow, increased wear occurs in the bend outlet due to the change in direction of the delivery flow. ESSER reducers with CCI inner sleeves and bends with reinforced outlet extensions optimize these points and last longer than comparable commercially available unhardened pipe parts.
