The professional world is changing. In the age of digitalization and diverse changes within companies, employees are facing profound new challenges. This applies particularly to employees without professional qualifications that apply in today’s job market; they face an above-average risk of unemployment.
Employees in an employment relationship can benefit from funding if the legal requirements are met. Since August 2023, ESSER-WERKE has been offering employee training, which is funded by the Federal Employment Agency. This not only provides employees with a qualified professional qualification that secures their continued employment, but we also benefit from the training in times of a skilled labor shortage. After all, the quality of our products also depends on the quality of our employees.
We are especially proud of our first graduate, Philip Hühns, who successfully completed his training as a machine and plant operator. in August, Philipp Stücke began his advanced training at our plant. We are confident that many more will follow.
