YOUR TASKS
You lead the packaging team for your shift, plan staff deployment, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
You are responsible for the timely packaging of customer orders and ensure efficient preparation for shipment.
You monitor compliance with quality, safety, and packaging standards and ensure their consistent implementation.
You work closely with production, logistics, the paint shop, and production planning; you continuously improve packaging processes and support digital documentation.
YOU HAVE
Completed vocational training in a technical, industrial, or logistics field; ideally with experience in packaging, production, or logistics.
Initial leadership experience as a team leader, shift supervisor, or in a comparable position is an advantage.
Strong commitment to quality and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Assertiveness, a strong sense of responsibility, and organizational talent.
Proficiency in using digital systems and applications.
Good written and spoken German skills.
Willingness to work a two-shift schedule.
