You ensure that our quality products reach our customers safely and in perfect condition.
YOUR TASKS
You package our high-quality products with care—manually and/or by machine—in accordance with individual customer requirements.
You inspect all products and packaging for completeness, cleanliness, and integrity.
You select the appropriate packaging material and use packaging equipment correctly.
You contribute your ideas to continuously improve our packaging processes and systems.
You work closely with the logistics and paint shop departments and support digital workflows (BDE, ProAlpha).
YOU HAVE
Ideally, you have some initial experience in packaging, warehousing, or production—though career changers are also welcome
You have good written and spoken German skills
You work in a structured and focused manner and maintain a focus on quality, even during routine tasks
Team spirit and a sense of responsibility round out your profile
Willingness to work a two-shift schedule
