Two-layer conveying elbow for pneumatic applications. The wear-resistant inner elbow is made of chilled cast iron (CCI) with a hardness of 67 HRC. The outer shell is pressure bearing. The conical outer geometry of the weld-on collars ensures centering in the joint. Grounding lugs to dissipate static charges. Coupling with one bolt and flat collar surface for quick replacement during operation. Elbows are available with degrees up to 30°. The ESSER TWIN 900 series is designed for high massive wear.
