Single-layer, hardened elbow for high-pressure applications in the hydraulic sector. The hardness in the inner pipe reaches up to 45 HRC and decreases linearly over the pipe wall to the outside. Centering of the joint is achieved by conical outer geometry of the weld-ends. End faces of the weld-ends are smooth, making it easy to change pipe components without pulling the pipeline apart.
