Two-layer reducer. Highly wear-resistant CCI elements form the inner cone, which reduces the inner diameter to just under one meter. The outer shell is responsible for the pressure-bearing part. Pipe outlet extensions, as well as the weld-ends at the inlet and outlet, are lined with hard cast elements. The wear layer has a hardness of 67 HRC. The ESSER TWIN 900 series is designed for high massive wear.
