Vor 2016 verwendete der Kunde ein Brennstoffeinblasrohr aus nicht geh\u00e4rtetem Material. Es befand sich am Ende der Zuf\u00fchrungsleitung und war den hohen Temperaturen des Ofens von etwa 800 \u00b0C ausgesetzt. Der Kunde war auf der Suche nach einer anderen L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Einblaskomponente, die mindestens zwei Jahre lang halten sollte, die Ausfallzeiten reduzieren und weniger Wartung erfordern w\u00fcrde.<\/p><p>Sie wandten sich an ESSER f\u00fcr eine Beratung. Unser Team schlug den Einbau eines ma\u00dfgeschneiderten Rohres aus unserer ESSER TWIN 900 vor. Despite the continuous fuel supply that provided some cooling for the pipe, it would heat up significantly, causing wear to increase proportionally. ESSER suggested making the pipe outlet from hardened composite steel 4+4 in order to protect it from the kiln\u2019s high temperatures.<\/p><p>Laut R\u00fcckmeldung des Kunden wurde die erste Komponente dieses Typs im Jahr 2016 installiert, zwei Jahre sp\u00e4ter folgte der Austausch des Einblasrohrs. Von 2018 bis 2024 wurde der Rohrauslass aus Stahlverbund 4+4 mehrfach repariert bzw. geflickt, w\u00e4hrend der Einlass mit ESSER TWIN 900 Komponenten \u00fcber den gesamten Zeitraum stabil blieb.  Der Kunde ist sehr zufrieden mit der ESSER-L\u00f6sung.
