Der mineralische Anteil von Sekund\u00e4rbrennstoffen wird recycelt und dem Endprodukt zugef\u00fchrt. Solche Brennstoffe sind CO2-effizienter als fossile Brennstoffe, und ihre Kosteneffizienz und ihr \u00f6kologischer Nutzen sind erheblich.<\/p><p>Seit 2022 arbeitet ESSER mit <a class=\"app-aware-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=eurodur&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7224655092099035137\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\">#<\/span>EURODUR<\/a> (DEU) an einem Projekt mit einem Kunden, der Sekund\u00e4rbrennstoffe verwendet. Dieser besteht aus \u201eFluff\u201c (einer Mischung aus Kunststoff, Papier und Textilien) und Knochenmehl, beides sehr abrasive Materialien.<\/p><p>Hier \u00fcbernahm EURODUR die Vertriebskoordination und die neuen Siloanlagen wurden ausgestattet mit <a class=\"app-aware-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=essertwin&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7224655092099035137\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\">#<\/span>ESSERTWIN<\/a> PIPE. Eurodur verkauft diese Rohre unter eigenen Markennamen ESS-DUR.<\/p><ul><li>Die Rohrgr\u00f6\u00dfen sind auf die Anwendungsparameter (Medium, Durchsatz, Systemdruck usw.) abgestimmt.<\/li><li>F\u00fcr die Verbindung der Rohrkomponenten wurde unser beliebtes Quick-Fix-System verwendet. Dieses System zeichnet sich durch seine selbstzentrierende Bundgeometrie und die Ein-Schrauben-Kupplung aus, die eine schnelle Montage und Demontage erm\u00f6glicht. QuickFix ist bis zu einem Wasserdruck von 20 bar leckagegepr\u00fcft.<\/li><li>Alle Rohrkomponenten sind mit Erdungslaschen ausgestattet, um eventuell auftretende statische Aufladungen sicher ableiten zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/li><li>F\u00fcr die geraden Rohre wurde die Serie ESSER TWIN 700 gew\u00e4hlt, f\u00fcr B\u00f6gen und Bogenauslaufrohre die Serie ESSER TWIN 900, die den bestm\u00f6glichen Schutz vor Verschlei\u00df an kritischen Stellen der F\u00f6rderleitung bietet.<\/li><\/ul><p>Die Ausstattung und Leitungsisometrien wurden in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertriebspartner <a class=\"app-aware-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=eurodur&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7224655092099035137\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\">#<\/span>EURODUR<\/a> &amp; dem Kunden geplant. Alle Leitungskomponenten sind eindeutig markiert und somit in Zukunft leicht lokalisierbar im Falle einer Nachbestellung.<\/p><p>Unser Kunde ist sehr zufrieden mit der Langlebigkeit der ESSER-Rohre (ein Testrohr aus dem Jahr 2019 ist immer noch im Einsatz).
