In der fast 75-j\u00e4hrigen Firmengeschichte wurden viele Projekte umgesetzt, in denen die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und die hohen Standzeiten unserer TWIN PIPES Grundlage einer sicheren F\u00f6rderung vom Silo oder der Verladestelle bis zum untert\u00e4gigen Versatzbereich ist \u2013 sei es beim Baustofftransport oder der F\u00f6rderung von Abraum f\u00fcr die R\u00fcckverf\u00fcllung.<\/p><p>Bei Schachtleitungen unterscheidet man zwischen stehenden oder h\u00e4ngenden Ausf\u00fchrungen. Das Pumpmedium wird meist pneumatisch, allerdings auch hydraulisch nach Untertage gef\u00f6rdert. Besonders bei den h\u00e4ngenden Leitungsvarianten wirken starke Kr\u00e4fte auf die Gesamtkonstruktion. Die Erbringung der notwendigen statischen Nachweise seitens Esser ist auch hier kein Problem.<\/p><p>Mit zunehmender Teufe steigen bekanntlich auch die Temperaturen, was eine Ausdehnung im Stahl zu Folge hat. ESSER bietet spezielle Bohrlochkupplungen, die im Vergleich zu Flanschverbindungen, einen schlanken und gleichzeitig stabilen Aufbau besitzen, um durch das Bohrloch zu passen. Die spezielle Formgebung verringert ebenfalls \u201eVerklemmer\u201c beim Ablassen und Durchf\u00fchren durch das Bohrloch.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Weiterverarbeitung und den Transport der verschiedenen F\u00f6rdermedien gibt es verschiedene Varianten. Zu den g\u00e4ngigsten z\u00e4hlen:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2022 <b>Der Blasversatz<\/b> - hierbei wird das Medium pneumatisch bis zum Ausbringungsort weitergeleitet.<br>\u2022 <b>Der Sp\u00fclversatz<\/b> - hierbei wird das trockene Medium in einer Mischanlage mit Zement und Fl\u00fcssigkeit vermischt, bevor es hydraulisch zum Versatzbereich gef\u00f6rdert wird. Dies kann mittels Schwerkraft oder durch Dickstoffpumpen geschehen, die mit Betriebsdr\u00fccken von bis zu 200 bar arbeiten. Auch hier bietet ESSER die passenden Rohrleitungsl\u00f6sungen.<\/p>\n<p>Rohrleitungskomponenten f\u00fcr den Bergbau werden in der Regel in \"schwerer Ausf\u00fchrung\" hergestellt. Sicherheit, Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und hohe Standzeiten spielen hier eine besonders gro\u00dfe Rolle, da Reparaturen aufgrund der Erreichbarkeit der Schadstelle schwierig zu durchzuf\u00fchren sind. Die Kosten sind zu hoch, deshalb muss ein Leitungsausfall m\u00f6glichst vermieden werden.
