Das beiden Unternehmen haben sich zum Ziel gesetzt, der weltweit f\u00fchrende Anbieter von abriebfesten Rohren, Verschlei\u00dfteilen und Systemen f\u00fcr die Beton- und Bergbauindustrie zu werden. Conforms und Esser sind beide die f\u00fchrenden Anbieter von hochverschlei\u00dffesten Rohren in den Vereinigten Staaten bzw. in Europa. In einer gemeinsamen Erkl\u00e4rung erkl\u00e4rten Tom Hamilton, Pr\u00e4sident, und Al Kastelic, CEO von Conforms: \"Wir sind davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass der Zusammenschluss unserer beiden gro\u00dfartigen Unternehmen einen Mehrwert f\u00fcr unsere Aktion\u00e4re, Mitarbeiter und vor allem f\u00fcr unsere Kunden darstellt.
