ISO 9001:2015<\/strong><\/p>

ISO 9001:2015 ist eine Norm f\u00fcr Qualit\u00e4tsmanagementsysteme und legt die Anforderungen an solche Systeme fest. Eine Organisation muss diese Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen, um in der Lage zu sein, Produkte und Dienstleistungen anzubieten, die den Erwartungen der Kunden sowie den f\u00fcr das Produkt oder die Dienstleistung relevanten gesetzlichen und beh\u00f6rdlichen Anforderungen entsprechen. Gleichzeitig sollte das Managementsystem einem kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess unterworfen sein. Die in der Norm enthaltenen Anforderungen sind auf alle Organisationen anwendbar, unabh\u00e4ngig von Art, Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Produkt. AD 2000 HP 0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

Die europ\u00e4ische Druckger\u00e4terichtlinie 2014\/68\/EU regelt die Herstellung und das Inverkehrbringen von station\u00e4ren Druckger\u00e4ten in Europa.
Die Auslegung, Fertigung und Abnahme kann entweder nach den entsprechenden harmonisierten EN-Normen oder auf Basis der noch zul\u00e4ssigen nationalen Vorschriften erfolgen.
Diese nationalen Regelungen wurden \u00fcber Jahrzehnte weiterentwickelt und verbessert. Sehr bekannt sind zB die AD 2000-Regeln aus Deutschland, die Codap aus Frankreich sowie die SVTI-Regeln aus der Schweiz. Diese Codes folgen einem geschlossenen Designkonzept. Wenn sie f\u00fcr Design, Herstellung und Abnahme verwendet werden, muss dies umfassend erfolgen. Um die Hersteller von Druckger\u00e4ten zu qualifizieren, definiert das AD 2000 die HP 0-Zulassung. Diese definiert die allgemeinen Prinzipien f\u00fcr Design, Herstellung und zugeh\u00f6rige Tests. ISO 3834-2<\/strong><\/p>

Die internationale Normenreihe DIN EN ISO 3834ff. legt schwei\u00dftechnische Qualit\u00e4tsanforderungen f\u00fcr Hersteller fest und regelt die Grunds\u00e4tze zur Qualit\u00e4tssicherung von schmelzgeschwei\u00dften Bauteilen und Konstruktionen. Die DIN EN ISO 3834 umfasst das Schwei\u00dfen in der Serienfertigung, Auftragsfertigung, Reparatur und auf der Baustelle (Montage) und gilt f\u00fcr alle Schwei\u00dfanwendungen. Sie \u00fcbernimmt die Funktion des Qualit\u00e4tsmanagementsystems im Schwei\u00dfen und ist gleichzeitig Grundlage f\u00fcr die Erf\u00fcllung der Normforderungen in spezifischen Anwendungsvorschriften wie EN 1090-1 und EN 15085-2.

DIN EN 1090 – EXC2<\/strong><\/p>

DIN EN 1090-1 ist eine harmonisierte europ\u00e4ische Norm, die Anforderungen an die Konformit\u00e4tsbewertung von tragenden Bauteilen aus Stahl und Aluminium festlegt. Sie bildet die Grundlage f\u00fcr die obligatorische CE-Kennzeichnung dieser Produkte, die seit Juli 2014 f\u00fcr Hersteller verpflichtend ist, die tragende Konstruktionen in der EU in Verkehr bringen m\u00f6chten.
Die Einhaltung dieser Norm erfordert eine werkseigene Produktionskontrolle (FPC), die von einer benannten Stelle zertifiziert wird.
