Two-layer conveying pipe with a wear-resistant chilled cast iron (CCI) inner layer and a pressure-bearing outer shell. The wear layer has a hardness of 67 HRC. The tapered outer geometry of the weld-on collars ensures centering in the joint. Grounding lugs to dissipate static charges. Coupling with one bolt and flat collar surface for quick replacement during operation. The ESSER TWIN 900 series is designed for high massive wear.
