Truck-mounted concrete pumps and truck mixer pumps are indispensable on construction sites around the world. They make it possible to implement large construction projects on schedule. With pressures of up to 85 bar, concrete is placed with pinpoint accuracy at heights up to 70 meters.​

Concrete is a very abrasive material. Its mineral content places heavy stress on the delivery lines. High strength, mobility, and long service life of the pipe components are required to serve construction sites safely and effectively. In addition, the delivery line should be economical and contribute to the energy efficiency of the concrete pump.​

WEAR RESISTANT
Our double-walled pipe systems of the ESSER TWIN 700 and ESSER TWIN 900 series have a hardness of 63 - 67 HRC. The hardness is constant over the entire pipe length. This means that they wear evenly, and maintenance intervals can be better planned. The ESSER 400 and ESSER 160 series round off our product portfolio.
CONSTANT CONTROL
Esser tubes are designed to the weight specifications of the manufacturers in order not to endanger the static load on the machine in all positions. The operating pressure is 85 bar. Our pipes are subject to constant quality control in order to guarantee consistent high performance.
ECONOMY THROUGH LONG SERVICE LIFE
The service life of our twin pipes is many times longer than that of commercially available single-layer steel piping. Maintenance costs are reduced because service intervals are less frequent and can be planned.
