SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS:

  • You will create requests for proposals and purchase orders
  • You will be responsible for obtaining, comparing, and evaluating quotes
  • You will process quotes and conduct contract negotiations
  • You will develop risk strategies for purchased parts
  • You will build an alternative supplier network to leverage cost-saving potential
  • Planning and monitoring of deliveries
  • Maintaining product and supplier data
  • Analyzing the purchased product portfolio

YOU HAVE:

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in purchasing, logistics, or business administration
  • Professional experience in purchasing
  • A structured and independent work style and good communication skill
  • Team spirit, organizational talent, and resilience
  • A sense of responsibility and a willingness to independently manage operational tasks
